Our newly rebuilt Wine Cellar at Forty at Thorn Hill offers an elevated, intimate setting for true wine lovers. Thoughtfully redesigned, the cellar highlights a carefully curated collection of exceptional wines—from renowned vineyards to hidden gems across the globe.
This exclusive experience features a six-course, chef-curated tasting menu with wine pairings, hosted in a private setting for up to eight guests. Designed for those who appreciate craftsmanship, storytelling, and exceptional wine, the experience is $250 per person.

Private Dining Room
Located right off the dining room, this cozy and inviting setting is designed for connection and celebration. Wheelchair accessible and comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, it’s the ideal space for milestone dinners, small gatherings, or festive toasts.
Granite Room
Newly rebuilt and set beneath the Inn, the Granite Room is connected to the Wine Cellar and offers a refined, atmospheric setting for private dining. The redesigned space highlights rich stone accents and a sense of understated elegance, creating an intimate backdrop for memorable gatherings.
Well suited for milestone celebrations and private dinners, the Granite Room accommodates up to 24 guests in a secluded and distinctive environment.
